Ad-Elit Sverige AB – Owner / Consultant: Ad-Elit is currently being built up and operates under the name Kundskap. Ad-Elit focuses on the marketing side of a company’s digital transformation.
webb-konsult.se – Owner / Consultant: My sole proprietorship that is dormant while Kundskap is built. Webb-konsult.se helps companies with Internet-related challenges. Assignments have ranged from project management and delivery structure consulting for small business websites, to creating ad campaigns, to building complex product catalogs, and defining goals and strategies for clients’ web presence. I have also taken on longer assignments for other companies in the industry.
CTO / SEO: My last employment. I handled all IT matters in the company, primarily on-site SEO on customer websites and operation of the local network, servers, and CRM/customer database. I built the company’s technical environment, including backup scripts and the network setup, and managed two technicians, a programmer, and a web designer. I held overall responsibility for all technology in the company, including on-site work on customer sites, SEO and accessibility training for major clients, and product development.
School Janitor – Temporary: Substituted for the caretaker at Fagersjöskolan during his leave. Responsibilities included cleaning, school canteen work, and property maintenance in a small-school environment where the caretaker must handle many roles.
Mover: Mainly worked with furniture removals and assembly, plus other physical tasks. Served as supervisor for a period and handled packing of sensitive household items (porcelain, etc.).
PHP programmer: PowerFX operates in audio sampling and multimedia for the music industry. Being a small company, I handled most technology tasks. Responsibilities included:
- Programming / Systems development: Main responsibility was developing the company website (PHP/MySQL, LAMP stack). I also built smaller tools such as a customer/contact application, mailing list software, discussion forums, and other utilities.
- System administration: Managed the local network (Windows 2000 server with clients) and some web server administration (RH 6/7).
- Support: Acted as support for other employees, even outside office hours.
I truly enjoyed working there.
Ventilation fitter: Installed and dismantled ventilation ducts and insulated ducting.
Street vendor: During a nine-month stay in Chile (Viña del Mar), worked as a fruit seller on Calle Valparaíso. We worked in shifts to stay open 24/7. Also handled night customer service at a nearby motel during that time.

Notes:
Etab Relocation AB: While starting Ad-Elit I also worked at Etab as a moving-truck driver and express worker. Tasks included traditional moving, packing, driving light trucks, and transport jobs such as archive deliveries and dump runs.
Service home: Worked at Axelsberg’s service house; tasks included cleaning apartments and repairing wheelchairs and similar equipment.

SVT – Värdsmagasinet: Maintained contact with the team at the TV program Värdsmagasinet after they made a documentary about my family. Assisted with Spanish-to-Swedish translation for film and audio.

Notes:
Computer Engineering, 120 credits: Completed two years of the three-year program. Took a study break due to personal matters and have not resumed since. Specialized in networking and focused on the UNIX track in the second year. Finishing the degree is no longer relevant, as practical experience has proven more valuable. I had hoped to complete the remaining exams and thesis with support from an employer, but that is no longer the case.

Misc achievements and qualifications
- Sweden’s first and only Top Contributor on Google’s forum for webmasters until the Swedish forum closed. I declined moving to the international forum because it was too time consuming and not client-driven at the time.
- Worked extra as a bartender at Bedaröbaren in Nynäshamn and at festivals to stay busy on weekends.
- Acted as a recreation leader for children in grades 1-3.
- Substituted and assisted as a music circle leader for people with cognitive disabilities.
- Completed the municipal “Stadsutbildning” course on serving alcohol responsibly.
- Actively volunteered for ISK’s student union.
- Co-founded “Nynäshamns Båtservice”, working on boat reconditioning, fiberglass hulls, and small outboard engine repairs.
- Currently a board member and Webmaster at the Online Rotary Club of District 2410.
Hobbies
Operating systems and open source. Boxed throughout my teens and have recently switched to wushu (kungfu). Play some music, mainly guitar and some keyboard.
